Peer-Reviewed Journal?

1. Log into Ulrich's Periodicals Directory at http://oboler.isu.edu:2048/login?url=http://www.ulrichsweb.com/UlrichsWeb/.

2. In Quick Search pull-down menu, choose "Title (Keyword)"

3. Type journal title in search box.

4. Click on Submit button.

5. Symbols appear to left of each journal title found. Look for small referee's shirt symbol to indicate journal is "Refereed." If you do not recognize the symbols, check the legend in the upper right part of the screen. You also can click on the title to get more detailed information about the journal that includes the information, "Refereed: Yes or No."


NOTE: Most professors accept that a "refereed" journal is also a "peer-reviewed" journal. Check with your professor if you have any questions or concerns.
